UK Delivery

Standard Delivery (3-5 business days): Free on orders over £30. £3.99 on orders under £30.
Express Delivery (1-2 business days): £6.99

Orders placed before 2pm Monday-Friday are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2pm or on weekends are dispatched the next business day.

International Delivery

We currently ship to selected European countries. International shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout.

Please note: international orders may be subject to local customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns & Refunds

Our Returns Policy

We want you to feel confident every time you order from Reboot. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Unopened products can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Opened products: Due to the nature of consumable supplements, we’re unable to accept returns on opened items unless the product is faulty or damaged.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or there’s a problem with your product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it. Include your order number and a photo of the issue and we’ll make it right.

How to Return

Email us at hello@reboot-performance.com with your order number and reason for return.
We’ll confirm your return and provide instructions.
Send your item(s) back in original, unopened condition.
Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or sent in error.
